Authect is a founder-led software development studio. We don't have salespeople: when a company is interested, they talk straight to the founders who will build their project. Our outreach intern helps start those conversations.

Over an initial three months, fully remote, you'll research companies that fit our ideal customer profiles, write thoughtful, personal messages on LinkedIn and email, and book introductory calls with the founders. You'll work from our pitch kit and learn how B2B business development works from the inside.

This is an unpaid internship, suited to a student or recent graduate interested in sales, business development or entrepreneurship.

## Responsibilities

- Research companies and decision-makers that match our ideal customer profiles.
- Write personal outreach messages on LinkedIn and email, following our pitch kit.
- Follow up politely and keep conversations moving.
- Book introductory calls with the founders and hand over clear notes.
- Keep our CRM up to date with every contact and conversation.
- Share what you learn about which messages and markets respond best.

## Requirements

- Excellent written English and a natural, friendly writing style.
- Curiosity about businesses and what they need.
- Organised, persistent and comfortable working on your own, remotely.
- Available for an initial three months.

## Nice to have

- An interest in technology, software or start-ups.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or a CRM.
- Spanish, Arabic, Russian or Lithuanian.
