# Social Media Intern

Authect is a founder-led software development studio: our clients talk to the founders who build their project, never a salesperson. We're looking for a social media intern to help tell that story on our channels.

Over an initial three months, fully remote, you'll plan, write and schedule posts, turn our guides and project work into short content, and learn what works for a B2B software company. You'll work directly with the founders, who review and approve what goes out.

This is an unpaid internship, suited to a student or recent graduate who wants real, published work and direct experience in B2B marketing.

## Responsibilities

- Plan a weekly posting calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok and Facebook.
- Write posts and short captions in Authect's voice: plain, honest and specific.
- Turn our blog guides, case studies and company news into posts, carousels and short videos.
- Prepare simple graphics and short clips with our brand kit.
- Track what each post achieves and suggest what to do more or less of.
- Keep an eye on comments and messages and pass questions to the founders.

## Requirements

- Excellent written English.
- A good feel for how professional brands communicate on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Comfortable with a design tool such as Canva or Figma.
- Organised and reliable when working on your own, remotely.
- Available for an initial three months.

## Nice to have

- An interest in technology, software or start-ups.
- Experience editing short-form video.
- Spanish, Arabic, Russian or Lithuanian.
