## Pranas Mickevicius, Chief Executive Officer

Pranas started Authect with one conviction: the people a client trusts with their product should be the people who build it. Too often he had seen projects promised by a salesperson and delivered by a team the client had never met, with context, time and money lost at every handover.

So he built a studio the other way round. As CEO, Pranas still takes the first call with new clients, shapes the scope with them and stays close to every project until it ships. More than 75 solutions later, eight out of ten new projects come to Authect through referrals, which he sees as the only measure of success that really counts.

From Authect's headquarters in Dubai, he leads the company's growth across Europe, the Middle East and beyond, without giving up the promise it was founded on: you always talk to the people who build your software.

## Oscar Arson Saiz, Chief Technology Officer

Oscar co-founded Authect to build software the way engineers would want it built: properly scoped, carefully designed and tested long before it reaches a user.

As CTO, he sets the technical standards every Authect project follows, from architecture and code review to security and release. He makes sure every project is led by a senior engineer, and that AI tools speed the team up without replacing the judgement of the engineer who reviews every line.

For clients, that means a technical co-founder on their side: someone who explains trade-offs in plain language, gives estimates that hold, and hands over code they'll be glad to own for years.
