Overwatch Legislative Platform

Overwatch is a legislative intelligence platform designed to provide real-time monitoring and archival of roll call data for the 119th United States Congress. The challenge was to create a system that could synchronize data across 435 district nodes while ensuring accuracy and reliability in the reporting of legislative measures.
