A profit analytics platform for Amazon sellers and vendors that calculates real earnings per product after every fee, refund, and cost. Delivers monthly action plans ranked by revenue impact, built for European, US, and Middle Eastern marketplaces.

Amazon sellers and vendors face a persistent problem: standard seller dashboards show revenue and traffic, but obscure the true profit each product generates after accounting for referral fees, FBA fulfillment costs, storage, advertising spend, and reimbursements. This opacity makes it impossible to prioritize inventory, reorder decisions, or pricing changes by actual financial impact.

Xolt solved this by connecting directly to Amazon's official Selling Partner API and Vendor Central data, then performing granular profit calculations on every SKU. The platform syncs 12 months of historical data on day one, pulls daily updates, and computes four decision-focused margin layers: CM1 (product viability), CM2 (ad profitability), CM3 (true product contribution), and Net (business bottom line).

The core innovation is the monthly action plan. Rather than presenting another dashboard, Xolt identifies the month's highest-value opportunities—reorder urgency, buy box recovery, inventory aging—and ranks them by money at stake. Each recommendation comes with concrete next steps and historical context.

Xolt built separate interfaces for Selling Partner sellers (3P) and Vendor Central vendors (1P). For sellers, the profit engine covers every fee type and cost input. For vendors, it synthesizes retail analytics, purchase orders, deduction records, and content gaps into five ranked actions per month. Both tiers support exports to Excel, CSV, and Google Sheets, and email delivery of headline metrics.

The platform enforces strict data isolation by design: it never stores buyer personal data, uses read-only API permissions, runs infrastructure in Frankfurt, and applies two-step verification across all accounts. Pricing scales by order volume (Starter $49/month for up to 1,000 orders; Growth $99/month for up to 5,000; Scale $199/month for up to 20,000), with enterprise arrangements for larger vendors. Every plan includes 7 days free and 13 months of synced history.

The Challenges

Hidden fees obscuring seller profitability

Amazon sellers and vendors cannot see true profit per product because standard dashboards omit the full cost picture: referral fees, FBA charges, storage costs, advertising spend, and refunds are scattered across multiple views or missing entirely. This prevents data-driven decisions on inventory, pricing, and growth spend. Vendors face additional friction—retail analytics, purchase orders, deductions, and content quality are siloed, forcing manual consolidation into a single view.

The Solution

Integrated profit engine with ranked action plans

Xolt connects via Amazon's official Selling Partner API and Vendor Central to ingest sales, fees, inventory, traffic, and cost data, then performs end-to-end profit calculations. Every product is assigned four margin tiers (CM1 through Net) so sellers understand whether a product is worth selling, can pay for its own growth, and what it truly contributes to the business. The system syncs 12 months of history on signup and updates daily. Rather than display raw dashboards, Xolt generates a monthly written action plan that ranks the month's highest-impact opportunities by revenue at stake—reorders, buy box recovery, inventory aging—with concrete steps. Sellers can export all numbers to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets, or receive headline metrics by email. Vendor Central clients get a unified view combining retail analytics, purchase orders, deductions, and content gaps into five ranked actions. The platform enforces privacy by design: read-only permissions, no buyer data storage, EU hosting, and two-step verification on every account.
