To be clear from the start: we have no office, staff or presence in Scandinavia. We work with Nordic companies remotely, from Spain and Dubai. Sweden, Norway and Denmark share Central European Time with the Madrid side of our team, so the working day lines up and a quick call never needs scheduling around a time difference.
Nordic teams tend to work in a way that suits a founder-led studio. Flat structures, open information and decisions made by the people closest to the work are normal in Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen, and that is how we run projects too: the founders lead the work directly, so there is no account manager relaying messages and no layer of approvals between you and the engineers.
Collaboration is English-first, from the first call to the last line of documentation. Every project is led by a senior engineer, AI-accelerated delivery is paired with an engineer reviewing every line, and the code, infrastructure and designs sit in your accounts from day one.

We work with Nordic companies remotely from Spain and Dubai, with no local office. Short regular calls, shared written plans and demos of working software keep everyone aligned without anyone needing to travel.

Sweden, Norway and Denmark run on Central European Time, the same as our team in Madrid, while Dubai is a few hours ahead, so your whole working day is covered.

Scandinavia: common questions
Do you have an office or staff in Scandinavia?
No. We have no office, staff or local presence in the Nordics. We work with Nordic companies remotely from Spain and Dubai, and the team in Madrid shares your time zone. The company, Authect - FZCO, is registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, and contracts and invoices come from that entity.
Does working remotely slow a project down?
Not when it is set up properly. You get a written scope and plan before work starts, regular demos of working software, and direct access to the founder and senior engineer leading the build, so questions are answered by the people who can actually decide.
Can we work in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish?
We work in English. The products themselves can be built in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and any other language your users need, with proper translations your team can edit rather than machine output.
Can we meet in person?
Later on, by arrangement, once a project is under way and being in the same room genuinely helps. First calls, discovery and the daily work run remotely, and we say so from the start.
Who owns what you build?
You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts and design files are set up in your organisation's name, so you can continue with us, bring the work in-house or hand it to another team without asking anyone's permission.
